Becoming a mother is a transformative experience that can leave women feeling empowered, confident and full of joy. It can also leave women feeling alone, confused, and overwhelmed. Let's embrace the power of motherhood together and lift each other up to become the parents we want to be.
The mothers circle is a safe, supportive space for mothers to gather and dive deep into discussions about motherhood and parenting. We will cover a variety of topics with trained facilitators to unlock the wisdom within each of us. Give yourself the gift of confidence and the space to embrace your new self as a mother.
This program is designed for mothers with babies from birth to 6 months.
This program is facilitated by Lindsay Sanderson and Madison Parsons.
Lindsay is a Babywearing educator, postpartum doula and owner of Raising a Little. She has 1 spirited son who rocked her world and threw all of her expectations out the window. She is passionate about lifting mothers up and supporting them to follow their hearts and find their courage as parents.
Madison Parson is a birth and postpartum doula as well as the mom to 2 beautiful children. She is also a counsellor who works with expecting and new parents, certified in trauma, grief, bereavement, abuse, PTSD and postpartum depression and anxiety.
